Not sure if I've put this in the correct forum!
For 34 years I've been putting my bread dough to prove ( rise until double in size) in my airing cupboard. This winter we had the old boiler taken out and a new comi one installed... no heat in airing cupboard. I've been rising the dough in front of, or close to, a radiator but now the nice weather is on the way, that is no longer an option.
Many moons ago I read that you can prove the dough ( and much more quickly) in a microwave on a low setting. Does anyone have any details?
