Mine would be chicken soup (Heinz of course!), liver and bacon casserole with mash and trifle (Bird's packet of course). I am such a child of the '70's where everything was made from packets with loads of additives, we must have been constantly up-a-height OMG anyone remember those Vesta meals, ugh!!! I think they still make them

I'm sure my mum would disagree about the above and say we constantly had fresh fruit and veg and she slaved all days making trifles etc
