Something interesting to do with Tuna

I have 2 lovely tuna steaks - any suggestions on what i could do with them to make them a bit more interesting??

Hmmm ! I haven't had tuna in yonks (OH forbids me to eat it, as it is over fished )
I used to simply put them on a very hot griddle pan. Rub with olive oil first, 2 minutes on either side. Season with malden seasalt and cracked black pepper.
Is interesting enough for me with a side salad and new pots

Similar theme but using mixed/tropical peppercorns then a little sauce of a herb and good olive oil.

Slobber tuna.. my absolute fave! (got i sound like hobbes!)

As the other big cat said, very little, just sear, leaving it rare (or even blue) in the middle and serve.
Oh maybe a lttle seasoning and garlic beforehand.

Top with tapenade and grill .

lime, coriander and olive oil - leave in the fridge to marinade for 20 mins and then griddle for a couple of minutes each side

Marinade in soy sauce for an hour then cook your favourite way.
