What to do with leftover puff pastry?

We made chicken and leek pie today with frozen pastry (didn't have time to make our own) and there's some pastry left over.

There's not a lot left - maybe enough for a small (one portion) pie or two. I would have made jam tarts, but that's probably best done with shortcrust so does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you

Sausage roll or Cheese, Oinion & Potato roll.

Another option is to cut it into a square, brush with some tomato puree, add a rasher or two of bacon, top with two slices of tomato and season with salt & pepper. A little cheese is also an option but put it on after the bacon & tomato has cooked.

roll out flat and square
grate mature cheddar cheese
spread a thin layer of marmite on to the pastry
sprinkle with cheese
roll up like a swiss roll
slice with a sharp knife in to thin pinwheels
place on greaseproof paper on a baking tray
bake
eat whilst hot
mmmmmm

Roll out flat - into a square or 2 equal sized shapes
Bake in the oven
put jam and whipped cream on one
place other on top
put icing sugar on the top of that

homemade cream puffs just like sayers the bakers lol

Obviously make 4 shapes for 2 people to have one etc

Cut into squares, top each with half a cherry tomato and a dollop of pesto and bake.

I'd personally just bake it and eat it - I love pastry - especially puff pastry!! Yum!! And I'd not need any topping either

Says you can't on the packet. I'm going to try the cream puff thing, I think. I'll let you know how it goes!
