You see, the big flaw of this series of Hell's kitchen is that we simply don't know what any of the dishes are.

I think it's some soft of cracker, like a big dorrito rolled around in a tube.

why won't they show us what they are actually cooking and serving? Grrr

Rhetorical question - no reply needed

Where are the desserts??? There are desserts on the menu - do the celebs pre make then earlier?, there is no feedback only on starters and mains.

And forgive me for sounding a little thick, but if you had a starter that got 0/10 and a starter that got 10/10, how come the average is 6? I would have thought it was 5 as that is the middle number!

It's true we don't get to see "what's cooking" - very annoying.

It looks like a crepe (bit big maybe) or a pancake.

We may never find out and it will be one of the greatest mysteries of all time.

Theres more than 1 starter and main.

IIRC when Nick gives the scores he doesn't list the score for every starter and main - just gives the lowest and highest of each, but the overall mark takes all the others into account.

I think the desserts are on a classic sweet trolley, a slection of cakes and tarts, I don't think they are made by the celebs.
