Can't beat cheesy beanos - jacket potato cooked (olive oil, garlic salt and medium chilli powder as seasoning), cut in half, scoop out the middle, mix with chopped onion, grated cheese and beans, stick under the grill for five minutes....
Can't stand them cold straight from the tin, but they're fine mixed in with other warm food (I hardly ever bother to cook them now). Also an absolute godsend for toddlers - minimum level of food preparation and I've yet to meet a child who doesn't like baked beans, especially when you point out the fart potential.
