[Tool2004]

I have the Samsung 1400 blu ray player and was thinking of upgrading.
I have not been keeping upto date with these players and don't really have a clue as to which have just come out or are about to.

I have noticed though that Samsung have just released the 1600.

Want I want to know is which is the best for the money.

Is the Sony BDP-S350 the latest model out or is it to be replaced in the near future?

Any other makes to think about: Panasonic etc?

Is it best to wait a bit longer?

I'm connecting it up to my Onkyo 705 surround amplifier which will decode everything, so it doesn't matter if the player can't (I would think the latest models could decode everything by now!).
