The Gadget show
For anybody who likes to record the gadget show and has it on series link you may want to make next weeks edition as a single reservation as the series link doesn't recognise the programme as it has a different name 'The Gadget Show's Big Experiment'.

I dont use series link on that anyway because its messed up, it records the Saturday repeat as well as the original broadcast.
Whats their big experiment, to see if they can do a review without having fixing it so Apple wins? |

You would of thought they would have series linked next weeks show though - isn't that the idea after all

But the series link should pick the normal show up when it returns the following week.

I'm surprised they didn't rename it "The Gadget Show Big Experiment Challenge"

I've noticed that the series link for Britain's got talent doesn't update until the following Monday which is strange.

[RANT]
As an aside, who watched this latest episode and thought, "My god, what an absolute pile of crap that was!"? I only saw the second half, and I usually quite like the Gadget Show. The presenters can be a bit irritating, but they often review interesting products and are very informative, (if sometimes a little obscure). But what the hell was that all about, trying to get a football to go supersonic?! I'm sorry, but that was just stupid. "Ooh, I know, this dragster can go about 300mph...I'll put my football in it...surely it will then go 760mph!?". Err, no it won't...****! And Gail making instant ice cream with liquid nitrogen! Yeah, great idea, we all have liquid nitrogen lying around, or are thinking of getting some!! Is Gadget Show simply turning into Brainiac? I hope it doesn't stay like this or I'm one viewer who won't be bothering with it again. [/RANT] |

I can't stand that show, the presenters are terrible and it is embarrassing to have on. Having said that, each to there own

I gave up on it part way through the last series. Never even bothered to watch any of the present shows.
Far too much "let's see if we can destroy this bit of kit" for my taste. It's a bit like Top Gear for gadgets. Geoff |

Once again... For anybody who likes to record the gadget show and has it on series link you may want to make next weeks edition as a single reservation as the series link doesn't recognise the programme as it has a different name 'The Gadget Show Summer Special'.
