After a shaky start, I have to say I'm really enjoying Claudia presenting the show. She really seems to have found her stride. She made me laugh out loud tonight when she said "As a presenter, I too will look after Anthea emotionally - obviously I'm lying - I'm far more interested in eyeliner!" (I'm paraphrasing - but you know the bit I'm talking about!)

She's grown on me. She's become more confident, definitely. Still don't think she lives up to Angus though, sorry!

Claudia has improved a lot.

She's won me over Partly because of her presentation which is getting better and better but I also like to see what she's wearing every night - there's been some howlers

As a compromise, I think Angus was better at delivering the auto-cue, whereas Claudia is more at ease with the interviewing.

Yeah, she's at more ease interviewing, as she hasn't just insulted them with a killer one-liner

Me too. I've always liked her on SCD's It Takes Two. Love it when she gets all choochy-faced with Marco at the end of the show. Felt a bit cheated that all we got last night was Mr Smug talking and talking and...:yawn:

I like Claudia on SCD, but I think she's the wrong choice for this. They should have got Dave Lamb to do it. He'd have been awesome.

She has improved since she started this, but then again, she was so bad at the beginning, any improvement is noticeable.

Agree with this. She worked fine on SCD, the prog material suited her and I liked her genuine enthusiasm.

Far as HK goes, it doesn't matter how much she 'improves', she'll never be right for it. Angus casts a long shadow. She's just not quick-witted or interesting enough to add to to the mix. What HK needs is a counterpoint to all the nonsense that's going on behind the counter, someone with a sharp wit, a keen eye and an ability to ad-lib and take the piss. Over-excited squealing like a deranged fan-girl does not hit the spot. I haven't noticed anything that could be classed as improvement.

Sorry Claudia, I like you but not in the kitchen.
