I have some friends over Friday and I've just bought a new curry pot, so was hoping to do a nice Butter Chicken in it, as I've never cooked one before. It's for 4 guys, so a decent, but not massive amount will be needed (All the recipes I've found on google seem to be for ridiculous amounts). I'm hoping for one where I can cook it up, then just leave it simmering for a few hours so the flavours mix really nicely? Thanks!
