Ive got some nice slices of pork - what can i make with them?

I would throw them in the bin, pork is a filthy animal product.

It's an animal product - thanks for the biology lesson, you learn something every day.
Why not slice them into strips and do a stir fry. Chopped cabbage, peppers etc ..... beansprouts, noodles and one of those packet chinese sauces. |

I'd have them warmed in gravy then slapped on a sandwich with apple sauce and some stuffing

Ardwark - I dunno. I used to like this forum 'coz everyone was generally nice !
I like to make a bechamel type sauce, but with white wine instead of milk and add some dairylea type cheese to it. Pour over cooked pork slices, bake in oven until golden and brown. Serve with crusty bread - YUM .

I had them cooked in cider with cheesy peas, cauli and potatoes but thanks for all the suggestions
