kim was absolutely the right candidate to go. I dont remember her having ever contributed significantly in the past whereas philip has. Lorraine on the other hand rightly stuck to her guns that it was a crap idea.
Kim is a marketeer but couldnt come up with ideas and said thats because she 'controls creativity' but she obv showed she couldnt do that either. Plus she made a big mistake in not doing the pitch herself even though that is her job and then she claims she doesnt like to speak in public. She also made the mistake of talking to the graphic designer over the phone instead of meeting him and phil was right in that atleast him and lorraine contributed and she brought them in whereas noorul slipped under the rader again. Both lorraine and phil made mistakes but right from the beginning i thought kim was completely incompetant.

Mona's pitch made me laugh as it was so terrible. Lorraine is legendary - I really like her, I don't know why.. her arguments with Phillip just make me laugh.

I knew Kimberley's team would lose as soon as they started doing the advert. The idea was just so bad and Kate's team were way superior with their idea. I thought Kate was a really good team leader too.

I loved Nick's comment "The kids don't find it at all funny"

I thought the right person got fired.
