If you think an idea is rubbish and you say so, why should you be blamed when you are proven right? Oh no - on BBC 2 they're supporting Phil! He was awful.

Now the guests are defending Phillip  But I do agree with Mary, Kim should have brought Noorul and Mona in to the BR.

What are these "experts"???? According to them, they wouldn't have brought Phil into the boardroom? The idea was pants!

The right person got fired. Bringing Lorraine and Phillip in was totally wrong.

Like that guy said, it wasn't about how good the ad was, it was about how good the idea was and the idea was rubbish! I think she should have brought Noorul in instead of Lorraine though. |

Howard is one of the few candidates I can take seriously. Thank God he's NOT a stereotype! |

Kimberley should have brought Noorul in. Sir Alan would have fired him.

I think she was right to bring Phil in. He was too aggressive at pushing his rubbish idea forward, which is ultimatly why they failed.

SA: "so full of herself... did nothing"
Eh, you changed your mind when it comes to people going under the radar. And Phil was also full of himself. And Kim was spot on with her view that she didn't come in to play games or bitch, etc... |

Sure he is aggressive but what was he going to do if Kim went over his head? Moan? Yes, but that's it. At the end of the day Kim can't put all the blame on Phillip for an idea that she chose to go with, because doing so completely undermines her skills as PM.
By contrast, the other team were open to other peoples ideas and Phil wasn't, throwing a strop everytime he didn't get his own way. |
