Lorraine getting a lot of harsh criticism... She actually did nothing wrong though, and was the only one in her team to say anything that actually made sense. The pants idea was all wrong.

I hated the way they defend Philip on the Your Fired show. And SAS seemed to do this too, the idea was HIS and HE was the one who was being dispruptive towards the task by shouting down anyone who disagreed with his ideas... I agree Kimberly should have gone, but Philip got off too lightly and Lorraine got a raw deal.
It seems as long as you have ideas, you're ok, even if they are complete garbage.

Maybe he will just keep coming up with crappy ideas till the end and he'll survive because "at least he had ideas"

I loved tonight's episode So so funny! What on earth has pants got to do with breakfast cereal?!?!

Mona's pitch made me laugh as it was so terrible. Lorraine is legendary - I really like her, I don't know why.. her arguments with Phillip just make me laugh.

I knew Kimberley's team would lose as soon as they started doing the advert. The idea was just so bad and Kate's team were way superior with their idea. I thought Kate was a really good team leader too.

I loved Nick's comment "The kids don't find it at all funny"

I thought the right person got fired.

I can't wait for more Phillip/Lorraine conflict next week.
You watched series 4 yet?

Seems vaguely sexist to me... People like Ben and Philip seem to get defended for their behaviour, because it is perceived as being passionate and they are contributing something. Ben and Philip allowed to shout down anyone who disagrees with them and SAS thinks this is okay and normally seems to agree.

But when a woman is more vocal she is perceived to be difficult and covering her own back ie. Lorraine, and SAS basically tells her to shut up and stop being disruptive. Even though she is right.

Thought Kate has probably been one of the best leaders, amazingly had her whole team on side and they worked great together. They got on with t and came up with a great idea and graphics. I liked all of their team surprisingly, even Ben!
Completely agree, she was very positive with the ideas from her team, and led the team well - particularly when you remember that the team contained Ben and James (who have regularly clashed), and the mouthy Debra... could easily have gone down a very different path.

After seeing how Ben had badmouthed others in the last few shows, he was a real team player this time, and she must take some credit for that, for managing his massive ego so well!

Poor old Noorul, never got to show us his amateur photography skills...

I'm so glad that Natalie Appl....sorry......KATE....won this week - but like Mary said - he getting it on with Philip make me question her judgement!

And I bet Maj might have something to say about it too

Kate has got the likeability factor, that most of the other women don't - she seems to get on with everybody and is very approachable. Would have been interesting to see how their task would have turned out tho, had Phillip been on her team...

I didn't want any of those 3 to be fired.

Get rid of Debra, Ben and Norul.
I really like Debra. She kicked off a bit at the start, but she's settled in and is pretty cool now. Plus I like a woman with a strong spirit.

I think Debra has calmed down a lot recently, maybe she feels more secure with the people around her so she doesn't feel the need to dominate with a typical no messing woman attitude? Rather just be herself, she seemed genuinely upbeat and happy with Kate etc last night when they won and during the whole process actually.
