What have you ate today?
I think this question could be sort of insightful of the posters of DS. I'm not quite certain what I have ate suggests however..
Breakfast- a bowl of cornflakes Lunch- A pasty Home from Work- a yoghurt, a chocolate roll and a packet of crisps Just now: 3 pieces of toast with marmite. And you? |

Breakfast: Coco pops with milk, orange juice
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans, apple juice Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread Two mini magnums, half an easter egg, slice of hot buttered toast - I haven't snacked in weeks as I'm desperate to tone up so I went on a bit of a binge. Oops.

Breakfast - 3 slices of toast with butter and thin-cut marmalade and a cup of tea.
Lunch - nothing. Dinner - none, but just had supper of 2 sliced turkey sandwiches with HP fruity sauce, olives, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and 2 glasses of ice cold milk. Am dithering whether to have a cup of tea and some custard creams or not. |
