Seriously - were they watching the same programme that I saw??!!

I really enjoyed the episode, Kim was 100% the right person to go, and the pants idea was just that!

I was really looking forward to what appeared a good panel rightly nailing Kim for doing sod all when she was meant to be managing, blaming all on a lack of creativity when she offered absolutely nothing! Instead they were crawling all over to praise her and crucify Lorraine?!! Lorraine could easily talk herself into getting fired and should have let it go beyond a point to get on with the task BUT she was the only one with any gumption to say the idea was ridiculous and made no sense!

Kim should have been given a pair of Y-fronts as her leaving gift

Does anyone else feel the same?

No, I think Kim got what she deserved to be honest. She's a nice person, and she showed some sense.

They were wrong to blame Lorraine though. I thought it was completely obvious that Phillip was at fault.

i was more disturbed by the fact that Jenny Eclair now seems to have morphed into Sue Pollard to be honest...

Kim was nice but a bit dull. I can see why they liked her, but she didn't have enough substance behind her in my opinion.

I think Mona deserved a bit more criticism than she got though, her pitch was pretty naff and could have gone some way to rescuing the whole thing if it had been executed better...

I initially thought Phillip should have been fired, but after looking back, he's was one of the main ones, who were actually involved in the task. If she would have bought Noorul into the boardroom, he would have gone, seeing all he did was wear a costume!

Pmsl I thought it was Su Pollard as well initially lol

I thought Kim was the right one to be fired and Lorraineshould have been commended for standing up and disagreeing with the whole ridiculous concept.

Clearly it should have been Noorul. If you're not even going to bother contributing to the task then why should you stay and somebody else go? Beyond useless.

I thought Kim did a good job but the idea was cursed from the start. I don't think any of the three should have been fired though - Phillip was right in that Kim didn't drag in people who are simply flying under the radar.

I think they were struggling for things to talk about on tonight's Your Fired.

The discussion just revolved around friggin' pants!

Out of the three in the boardroom, I'd have got rid of Philip. He's shown time and time again that he's not a team-player and far too belligerent.

I don't like how they were all defending Phillock.

I completely agree. I was baffled by the fact they all thought Lorraine should have gone. Lorraine was the only one who stood up to Phillip. The other 3 appeared to be absolutely no help so she could have brought any of them back in. I do think she's the right one to have gone but if Phillip hadn't been good on other tasks he could easily have gone, he came across as completely ridiculous yet apparently none of the panel thought that. Actually they all thought the pants idea was hilarious so they're obviously on the same wave length as him! Kim contributed no ideas, wouldn't do the pitch, didn't seem to motivate the others to offer suggestions and failed to manage her time correctly so they could actually have an ok box design so there was plenty of things they could have criticised her over.

Me neither. He's behaved like a right tool for 4 out of the 5 tasks now!

I thought SAS' harsh criticisms of Kim were unjust. Saying that she did nothing? What!! And yet you keep criticising the likes of Noorul for being quiet? Why do you keep changing your mind and why with no logical thinking what so ever!

I didnt agree with the panel, I always suspect that the guests on Your Fired are directed in what to say to some degree, and are trying to force some kind of BBC approved opinion down our throats we are supposed to agree with....

I think we're supposed to like Philip and dislike Lorraine. But I dont agree.

All decorum broke down in that boardroom between the ones left at the end. SAS should have fired all 3 for their juvenile behaviour. I wouldn't miss any of them.

I did not like the fact that SAS' called Kim arrogant. She was not arrogant at all.

For effect

At the end of the day, it's an entertainment show

Jenny Eclair was on YF tonight, so I was always going to find it annoying.

Personally I thought Philip should have gone; he came up with a rubbish idea then bulldozed it through (though to be fair Lorraine's idea was no better and wasn't even within the terms of the brief). Kimberley's main fault was giving way to him too readily.

I think Philip is overrated to be honest. His extrovert personality and tremendously confident manner make him seem better than he really is.

Nail hit firmly on the head.

I do believe "loud" is being mistaken for being "driven" and "involved."

It's easy to talk over everyone, but if what you say has no substance or value, then it's just as useful as saying nothing at all.

This is why Paula should have gone nowhere last week. She struck me as bright and creative, she was just very laid back about it.

I understand why Kim choose Philip as he was the one with the pants idea but a bad move taking Lorraine.
Rocky did the same in week 2 & we know what happened.

I actually did think it was Su P because I missed the bit at the beginning where they introduced the guests

Philip is full of hot air. I agree that he is over-rated.

It's a shame about Paula last week, but her type of personality never seems to do well on this show whereas the Philips normally do....
