I think Kate will win
For the first time this series somebody has really stood out to me as a potential winner and that is Kate. I thought she was fantastic tonight! What does everyone think?

She was very good tonight and in general I am warming to her considerably. She doesn't seem to be one for engaging in petty arguments, bitching or backstabbing and continually gets on with the task at hand - she was a capable PM tonight so more than proved herself. Don't think she'll win though, purely based on Sir Alan's track record. I still think Phillip is a good bet at this stage...

I think she was great tonight too, maybe even the best PM we'd had so far this series? No disagreements from Debra or Ben, kept James happy doing what he was doing etc. It's still early days, but she is very likeable compared to a lot on the show.

I can't deny Kate was good but for some reason I can't warm to her.
But then I find myself not championing anyone this year which is probably why I'm not enjoying the series much. I reckon Kate or Debra will win. |

I really like Kate too, my favourite after tonight. She gets on with the task and doesn't seem to buy into the nasty side of this show. She has a good balance between making decisions but also taking ideas and being relaxed obviously the team worked well with that.
So yes I do hope she gets the job, I'm fed up with aggressive people who get defended as they are apparently "passionate" when really they just can't express themselves. |

She was good tonight. Very positive and open to accepting peoples ideas. Also, very good at pitching and responding to the questions.
It's the first time I've thought she's been really good though. I think before tonight, she's been mostly average. |

She was a very good PM.
There was no conflict at all in her team, and everyone seemed happy and contributing.... But she seemed very much in control too. And I actually think that the pirate theme and the marketing for the cereal was the strongest I've seen a team ever do on this kind of task from every series. It was really good. |

Shes the only one who ive liked from the start consistently i think.
I think shes got a fair chance of winning...a long way to go though!! I quite like Yasmina..she has made a few booboos though. I like Philip, but he does get a bit shouty at times ![]() I really dislike Ben, Deborah, Lorraine ![]() ![]() ![]() Not keen on Mora and James either. |

I'd love her to win. I've liked her right from the start. The only thing she's done wrong is the incident with the menu in Task 2, and that was partly Yasmina's fault. The main criticism of her before was that she was an "under the radar" candidate, and hadn't been tested as PM. Now she has been, and has definitely passed that test.

Before tonight, I thought Yasmina was the only strong female candidate, but Kate has overtaken her IMO, and she is a very strong candidate, and made a great PM as well as salesperson last week when she did well also.

I think she will too. She seems to be brilliant at pretty much everything, plus also seeming very personable with it, which is unusual on this show!

Have to say I was VERY impressed with her.
Probably too good for Sralan's organisation, tbh. |

That's pretty much what I think. Based on what we've seen, she would be a worthy winner, but Suralan doesn't seem to like strong women. This is also why I think Yasmina won't win. Have to say - I don't think her 'thing' with Philip - whatever it is - will help her chances though (or his). |

I don't think any of the candidates are amazing, and certainly not the cream of the crop of England! But this is a tv show, so they have to choose personalities more than anything.
I think Kate came across really well and think she stands a good chance of getting at least to the final if not win, BUT I do think she was fortunate to have all the brightest of the bunh on her team. Kim's team had Nooral (the mute), Mona (who I'd completely forgotten existed till a brief glimpse of her was shown about half way through the episode - her presenting skills were absolutely diabolical too), Howard (total lacking in any creative skill), the miserable one (can't remember her name, but totally awful to work with) and Philip - who is so up himself and lacking in any common sense. So Kim did have her work cut out. That said, I think Kim was pretty dire herself and a poor manager, with very few ideas for a so-called marketing exec. |

I think Kate was brilliant tonight!
I think it's a girls year this year as the men are a load of rubbish! (although i think James is just precious )I think Kate is the strongest of the girls. We already know that Siralan will never pick a Debra/Claire/Badger girl. I only hope that kate doesn't remind him too much of Michelle or she won't stand a chance! I wasn't really rooting for anyone but she is now my fave! Especially as even Ben agreed she was a good PM ( high praise indeed, although I'm pretty sure he just wanted to get into her knickers or was scared of Phil) |

Hope she doesn't go the same way as Miriam in Series 1 - she too was extremely capable but was sacked for no good reason will that slimy Paul and gobby Sara Khan were saved.

Kate was good - made decisions, kept the team working well
I was quite impressed with her the whole of the other team totally sucked - it was right that Kim went, she had no ideas and she didn't manage Philip or Lorraine how anyone could think Pants Man was in any way acceptable I don't know |

I dont want the token pretty blonde girl to win. From the moment she made that comment that she 'not a dumb blonde' I decided I didn't want her to win.
Last night, I thought she was good but not great. She stood out mainly due to the ineptitude of team Ignite and the strengths of her team. If she was on team Ignite I dont think she'd be considered a contender. |

Ben,James,Debra and Yasmina? ![]() They're not bad but they all managed to simultaneously not bitch or be rude or cause friction. That's a miracle in itself!
