Can you imagine getting ripped to pieces in those interviews.

That would be too cruel, clearly he will be long gone by then.

You don't remember Cameron Stout who won Big Brother? He was rather dull.

Slightly off-topic, but I'd put money on Nooral being gay. Just something I noticed. Strikes me as gay.

Sugar does that a lot and it's very annoying.

He'll allow the real gobshites like Ben and Philip to rant away incessantly and then ask a question of someone else and before they've got half a sentence out oafishly interrupt them so they can't defend themselves.

Although last night it was Lorraine he did it to most pointedly and she survived.

If you take to much Nurofen you will put yourself to sleep. If you watch to much of Noorul you will put yourself to sleep.

he's a science teacher, just what Business qualifications and experience does he have?

he has done absolutely nothing

and I'm very surprised that Kimberley didn't notice that Sir Alan really seems to dislike him, and mentioned how in the background he is...if he was in the boardroom instead of Phillip there would have been a slight chance he'd have gone IMO

I noticed that. I thought it was plain rude of Suralan to be honest. No point crticising someone and asking them what they actually did, then not giving them chance to answer.

To be honest, I think Suralan is a bit of a twonk.

Except that Jade Goody (still in every thread, I see) said things like Shilpa Poppadum and so forth in a way that was meant to be nasty. The woman on You're Fired was making a pun on his name that I read as she thought he was very bland and had a numbing effect on people, like painkillers, hence Neurofen as the first syllable matches the first syllable of his name. Plus he's so bloody boring even if he was call Dave I doubt I'd bother to remember his name. I only remember Noorul because it's quite distinctive* and because he sparks many a "what does the guy actually DO?!" discussions with the people I know who watch it.

*NOT BEING RACIST, just to clarify.

Jesus. Offended over nothing.

Also, Margaret didn't think much of him as project leader. With both N&M against him, and similar comments from other candidates, and no evidence to the contrary, I think he really is useless.

This may well be the case and they are just accentuating it in the editing to get a laugh or two.

He' probably the sort of person who needs to spend time planning what he's going to do which is the wrong personality for winning TA (although certainly not in business in general).

Whatever, it's the fault of the production company who are suppose to perform a rigourous selection process that someone who appears to be no sort of a contender all was chosen.

It is hard to tell. They've certainly edited down candidates in previous series. For example, in s3 Gerri was apparently quite active for the first few episodes, working late into the night on planning the next day's activities. None of that made the edit. It's hard to avoid the suspicion this was done to make Sir Alan look good when he fired her for being a "slow starter". Admittedly she seemed to bring it on herself with her final boardroom performance.

I reckon the editors are rarely malicious, but they do like to tell simple narratives even if it means omitting material that doesn't fit. So I agree that Nooral probably isn't totally quiet, but he does seem to be quiet enough to suggest that's what his story is.

Well, every candidate is a gamble. You never know what will happen when they are thrown in with the rest. It happens a lot in Big Brother - people who are used to being the biggest fish in the pond get put together with a lot of other big fish, and turn into shrinking violets. Nooral could well be a fantastic and capable teacher. And at least he's not come across as evil or bitchy.
