It is hard to tell. They've certainly edited down candidates in previous series. For example, in s3 Gerri was apparently quite active for the first few episodes, working late into the night on planning the next day's activities. None of that made the edit. It's hard to avoid the suspicion this was done to make Sir Alan look good when he fired her for being a "slow starter". Admittedly she seemed to bring it on herself with her final boardroom performance.
I reckon the editors are rarely malicious, but they do like to tell simple narratives even if it means omitting material that doesn't fit. So I agree that Nooral probably isn't totally quiet, but he does seem to be quiet enough to suggest that's what his story is.

Well, every candidate is a gamble. You never know what will happen when they are thrown in with the rest. It happens a lot in Big Brother - people who are used to being the biggest fish in the pond get put together with a lot of other big fish, and turn into shrinking violets. Nooral could well be a fantastic and capable teacher. And at least he's not come across as evil or bitchy.
