If they keep the teams as they are the losing team will probably get cleared out in the remaining weeks.
I think that is why Philip is so pissed off and shouty as he is with the crap ones. Clearly Lorraine, Mona and Norul will be the next three to go in no particular order. |

I think either Kate's on Ignite, or Howard's on Empire, because they're seen together.

Watching the previews, it appears she is on Ignite, swapping places with Noorul.

If Kate is going to Ignite maybe some of them might be safe for a week of two.
![]() No doubt Lorraine will be kept on too for a bit - like Ben she is good telly! |

Wait, so the teams for next week are the same with Kate and Noorul swapped? And will Lorraine and Yasmina be the PMs then?

Why are you presuming that he isn't one of the crap ones?
Last night he was the crappest of the crap. I hope the teams are mixed up next week as it would be interesting to see how some of them get on without such an overpowering tantrum thrower around. |

Mona's presentation was shocking.
We didn't see Howard or Noorul contribute anything really... I hope Lorraine is a PM next week. I have been impressed with her the last two episodes. She should have turned round to Suralun in the boardroom and asked whether HE would have been positive and enthusiastic working on a project surrounding PANTS. How could the team, Lorraine aside, not see it was doomed from the start? |

Kimberly was saying on you're fired that there just weren't any other ideas, and I can easily see why, when Lorraine tried to contribute Philip shouted her down so much that the others just retreated into their shells. Kimberly did try to rein him in a little but aside from sending him out of the room I don't know what else she could have done. The task was doomed from the moment Philip decided to totally stiffle the creative process. |

Had she been allowed to speak without being shouted down by gobshites Philip and Sugar himself she could have made a much better case for her actions. (Even though she should have accepted the decision and got stuck in when it was too late to change). |

The bad thing is that Siralan seems to be rewarding bulyying behaviour under the guise that at least the person "has personality" and "is a tryer."

I found it really bizarre that Phillip, who has been a moaning, sneering bastard since day 1, is excused by Sir Alan and Nick as just being a bit of a hothead whereas Lorraine, who had LEGITIMATE reasons to be negative, was roundly criticised for being disruptive. All the aggression and arguments seemed to have him at the centre not her.
And also, in an earlier series, loud mouth Jo was praised for being way more obstructive than Lorraine when she didn't like her group's idea. I actually thought Lorraine was very moderate in her responses. It must have been horrible for her: hating an idea yet knowing that to an extent you've got to go along with it. I don't know how she managed to hold back as much as she did. Yet even then, she was accused of sucking all the positivity out of the room. If I was Lorraine, I'd have made a REALLY strong objection right from the start, i.e. "I hate this idea. Really hate it". Then I'd have just got my head down and done what was asked. At least that way, it's on record that you hated it but you couldn't be called obstructive. Her drip drip, more gentle objections just ended up looking like moaning, when clearly, a Phillip-sized tantrum is ok. ![]() On this show, Sir Alan and co seem to mistake aggressive and cocky for passionate and committed while being respectful and emotionally literate means you're shifty or too soft or blowing hot air. |

It is this weird slant AS takes on things (together with the utterly bizarre and inexplicable candidate selection) that have turned TA into something that is primarily a comedy programme. |

I felt the 'winning' team contained nearly all the good candidates, the only one I'd give another chance to is Phillip, who can be good but needs to shut up and sort his temper out.
Nooral, Mona and Howard are so anonymous that even Sir Alan's receptionist gets more airtime. |

I actually want to see something substantially negative before I write someone off. Some people are very visible on the basis of tantrums, bullying and screaming fits. It gets them talked about but would any businessman really hire someone as disruptive and childish as Philip? |

It strikes me that you are very easily manipulated by the editors. Kate could easily have been on that list until last night

Mona has at least been seen in the background of some tasks but Nooral was quiet even when he was team leader and I simply don't believe that the producers have managed to edit them out every single scene, I've rarely heard Howard and Nooral say anything in any meeting or in the minibus. The producers would have to be working overtime to get rid of them completely from all the footage. |

Lorraine should go, she's useless. If she can't come up with better ideas she should get on with working with the ideas the team came up with.

Howard has been invisible since about the 2nd week

The producers would have to be working overtime to get rid of them completely from all the footage. Even with a motor mouth like Philip you could do what they did to Noorul and edit together bits when he's not speaking. It was such an obviously biased edit it actually looked like a parody. It was rather like Helen last year. A lot of people hated her because she didn't appear to do anything but it was clear that she was being edited out. To my mind they are trying to do the same thing with Mona and Howard this year. They cannot succeed as well with Mona because she works very hard and ends up obviously doing things a lot of shots even if they don't mention her in the narration. |
