Worcester Sauce, best thing since sliced bread.

I was surprised to hear it's got anchovies in it!

Exactly! Look at what we learnt from MPW last series... this series I learned how to wear a bandana in the most insane way possible.

My husband hates anything fishy but even he doesn't mind Worcester Sauce - you really can't taste the anchovy.

I used it years ago, then I think there was some sort of scare about it, so I stopped using it. I can't remember what it was.

I see. This is the first series I've watched.

(a) She played the 'nervous wreck' card perfectly.

(b) She's easy on the eye (to some).

Perhaps Gary has bunged him a few quid.

I don't like Anthea but feel it was a bit unfair to sack her and leave Niomi in. Anthea is a grafter, whatever else I might say about her, Niomi is a whiner, I liked her at first but dont really feel she deserves to be in the final 4. Agree Marco doesn't like her or Grant.

Ade is a total bitch, bet he slags them all off when gets home. He has shifty eyes, wouldnt trust him at all. I don't mind Danielle, she seems nice enough but doesn't deserve to win imo.

Linda to win

im not too keen on Anthea, but she shouldn't have gone, she is a worker till the end. really didn't like Grant I heard him on radio after he went and he said his wife had kept him up night before, i hope this was a joke as i just think he wouldn't own up to anything he did wrong.

I want Linda to win

Completely missed most this series, saw about 3 episodes and 1 exit. If there's no series next year, I'll have to get my hands on a copy and watch it agian, this time in full.

Hmm... do you reckon there will be another series? I'd like on a bigger scale again though, like last series. More stuff happening.

How do you mean bigger scale? Can't remember the scale being much bigger last year, the celebs were more well known but I don't see much else that's changed but then I haven't really seen much of this series.

There were two kitchens last year, an additional chef, more celebrities in the kitchen, a bigger dining room.

Ahh yeah come to think of it there was (last year was my first series and only started catching it the last week or two of it).

Oh okay... this is the first year it's been one kitchen, and I think it was better with two for sure. Apparently ITV were cutting costs!

When is the final? I hope they do some bits on the recipes in one of the shows. I'd love to see them cook, Anthea said she took Marco's advice on the parsley butter so he must be giving them lessons before their tasks, cant understand why they're not showing them

Final is monday... doesn't look like we're going to get any cooking lessons, does it?

They might do a segment on the food itself, still dying to know what those Giant "poppadoms" they're serving with the crab are-theywere laughing when one of the comments asked for the recipe and they all said "crab" so it doesn't sound like its dresssed with anything.

According to Claudia on twitter- not that I regularly read her twitter, heh- they are 'paper thin curls- sound weird. but are YUM' Her words!

Yeah, it's really strange not knowing what's been cooked. And there hasn't been any specials really, apart from the crayfish. I think there is too much time taking up with the sackings! They're so long and dragged out, they waste half of the show!

Yes the whole last segment is wasted on them, the could fit a lot of recipes in that time.
I wonder if its a single sheet of Filo, I really want o see whats underneath

Yeah, perhaps, but they look kind of like 'hole-y'. I'm intrigued too! Maybe we'll find out now the sacking are over... more recipe time. Fingers crossed!

I've used it for years, really brings out the taste of the food. I use it in pretty well every meat dish I cook, along with a dash of soy sauce. Rub a roast with worcester and soy before you season it as the spices stick a lot better and it helps soak though to season. Try a dash of lemon juice when you are cooking dishes with tomatoes as that really brings out the taste
