Kate, on the basis that she was the best PM so far, and she was to manage James, Ben and Debra very well indeed.

Kate for me this week. Although I do like James too - he seems like he'd be the easiest to get along with.

kate. Liked the way she led her team; seemed to have the respect of her team and thus the more vocal ones followed her direction.

Gonna be predictable and go for Kate.
I don't want her to be a favourite, cuz when they are the favs they never win! She should go back to being unpopular then she may be in with a chance!

It was clear from the editing that we are all supposed to be backing Kate after this week - that is unless you want the arguments and backstabbing.

James, Howard (shock), Debra (bigger shock) and Yasmina as well as Kate came across well last night imo.

Kate. I started to warm to her last week, and thought she was just great this week. Best PM so far.

I'm still unable to pick an overall favourite, but the ones I 'like' most, think have good overall potential, and would like to see more of, are Yasmina, James, Kate and Lorraine. I *might* add Debra to that list if I am feeling generous as I do think she has some good qualities, even tho she got off to a 'bad start', but for me there is a gap between her and the other group I mentioned.

I liked Kate, she did well as team leader.
I also liked James and Debra this week, and i dont usually like Debra. I've decided that i dont mind James in the tasks, it's just in the boardroom that he annoys me. |

Kate.
She's so far ahead she's disappeared right off the radar. |
