Deffinately Kate. A good leader, accepts ideas but when it comes down to it makes decisions and the others seem to respect that.

James is my favourite but would have no argument if Kate went on to win - she's done very well thus far but surely we can't go the whole series with the editing portraying her so favourably - it's not in the rules

Yasmina or Kate for me, hard to choose between them.
From the men, Howard is the only one that I like, and the only one who talks some sense, and the only one to have successfully managed a task so far (Noorul doesn't count, obviously). James is growing on me too though. Outside of the boardroom he seems absolutely fine. But in the boardroom he just panics and says something silly. |

Kate was an excellent PM. Diplomatic and controlled ideas instead of dictating her own.
James is adorable, really sweet. It's only his teariness in the boardroom that lets him down. |

Kate - Very impressive as PM, managing a lot of forceful personalities with some aplomb, getting them to work with each other rather than against.
She also seems good-natured, has a ready sense of humour and is rather pleasing on the eye.

Kate probably deserves the vote, but Yasmina took it back for me after I saw her skipping and dancing while recording the jingle in the studio. Good to know she doesn't take herself too seriously.
Kate could have got my vote if it wasn't for a few things: 1. her canoodling with Phillip. Yuk! Bleurgh! Makes me cringe. 2. I can't help but feel that she's a bit spoilt and 'special'. 3. She has that attitude that she thinks that she can wrap any man around her little finger. (I'd love to be on her team and then flirt outrageously with the other girls, even Margeret, just to see if it bothers her )

Kate: Not only nice to look at, but also nice. Also, competent, level headed, and far far smarter than she looks.

Any other week I could understand, as he has done well in previous tasks, but this week, he was absolutely awful, the idea was crap, the jingle was crap, and he was far too aggressive. (Apologies if you're being sarcastic) |

Kate is my favourite. I've liked her for shallow reasons since the start, and now I can justify my liking for reasons other than lustful ones
