I can understand why people don't like Ade's attitude. But I find him very entertaining and, quite frankly, I'd sooner trust him than those in there that are claiming to love everyone.
Whenever a group of people is gathered most, if not all of them will have traits that annoy the hell out of you. To come out and state that in front of the people who possess them would be unutterably stupid on a show like this. You still have to work with them and it would just make for an unpleasant situation that could have been avoided.
However, if someone is p*ssing you off, I'd say you do need a release valve. The behind the scenes camera acts as that. It would be stupid to say what you think in front of the person in question but if you don't say it at all you might just boil over. I can understand that.
I don't have any problem with what Ade is doing. He has his opinions about his fellow contestants just as they all do (and as we all do). He's not stupid enough to come out and say it in front of them because he has to spend a lot of time with these people. However, he can't resist making his views known behind the scenes because
a) He's experienced in the media and he knows it makes good telly.
b) He's probably frustrated at having to be constantly nice to people he finds irritating.
c) he knows he's never going to have to see any of his fellow contestants again if he doesn't want to.
Nobody who possesses a brain should be surprised that any fellow human being bitches behind their back. I assume everyone does it about me all the time. I'm sure nobody that Ade has bitched about is under illusions that they will become best mates when the series ends.
