I don't find James fits that description.

There's a big difference between someone who talks a lot and the testosterone fueled nonsense we've seen from Ben and Philip.

Well it sure as hell excludes Nooral - wonder if that means he'll slide under the radar yet again

Me too, imagine his ego if he wins when he's Project Manager - nightmare!

It will be Ben and Phillip, I'm pretty sure neither have been PM yet either.

Yes, Ben and Philip have not yet been PM's (and neither has Lorraine), so it looks like it's their turn next week.

Ben is only a git in the boardroom to tell the truth. During the tasks he is enthusiastic and respectful to the team leader and as much as I didn't like him, he has been one of the better performers so far. I think he knows he has to be less egotistical after his dressing down in the boardroom last week.

Philip however, is a total p*nis. He's only enthusiastic about his own ideas (and even then, the blinkers are on), completely unprofessional and has been the chief instigator of two defeats for his team (yesterday and the catering task when he negotiated what was supposed to be a £60-a-head contract for £15) and nearly ruined his team in week 1 when he went against orders to not clean the car interiors.

He is sh*t beyond redemption.

Next week's boardroom features someone speaking "well out of order", who is then slapped down by SAS.

Is it not Lorraine after mouthing off to Siralan about Philip & Kate doing the nasty together?

Doubtful.

Didn't a trailer show him saying: "If you ever speak to me like that again ..."

I would bet on Ben or Philip going way over the top in one of their tantrums/bullying episodes and being rude to AS.

And the 'again' makes it sound as if whoever it is gets away with it.

That may happen in the aftermath of the task when she gets absolutely hammered!!

You could well be right. Ben and Philip will both start getting delusions of granduer when/if they are made team leaders.

Siralan always keeps the loudmouths in longer than any normal boss would
