Hairy Bakers White Rolls Help
KFA

I've been looking at the recipe for these on the BBC website

http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/da...ls_89612.shtml

The recipe seems to jump from having the dough rising in the bowl to having the rolls made and ready for the oven. What I need to know is do I have to form them after the 1 - 1 1/2 hours and let them rise again (if so for how long) or do I form them in the bowl initially.

Thanks for your help, I tried making a farmhouse loaf yesterday and it was terrible, I don't think I spent enough time kneading it.

ah, I see, reads a bit confusing, sounds like you make them into rolls, then leave them for 1 1/2 hours as it says 'when rolls have expanded', as if you've already made them.
