Hello Kimberly, you were cool, and probably didn't deserve to leave last night (or months ago when it was filmed )!

Just for people who don't know, Kimberly's been following the forum:

Sad to see you go so soon...I loved your accent ( at least I didn't need to use subtitles like I do for some of the "contestants")

Good luck.

PS I was born and still live in the UK.

The only good thing about Kim was Yasmina impersonation.

Hello, Kim.

You were unlucky that AS does not seem to understand the concept of division of labour and has an unrealistic expectation that everyone should be able to do everything.

You're not the first good candidate to go because of that view.

Good luck for the future.

Yep, her time in the boardroom did start to descend into an episode of Dallas or something: 'I championed you!'

Kimberly, I think you were a rare sane person among those lunatics. And then you carried the blame for other peoples' incompetence. Good luck for the future.

Kim, I thought you were great, I'm missing you already.

I enjoyed your interview on the Steve Wright radio 2 show today as well, you come across very well and most importantly a very gracious loser.

I agree - Kim was always spontaneous and will be missed.

She also came across well on the BBC Breakfast Show this morning.

I'd like to know, seeing as Kimberley was in Marketing and experienced in this field, is why she couldn't come up with her own ideas for the advertising campaign, instead relied solely on the others to provide the crucial element? 'I'm not a creative', is not good enough, sorry, she's been involved, she knows what's needed more than anyone else and everyone has to multitask.

If Kimberley had managed the team correctly, as in manage Philip the bulldozer and his crap idea, not the Dementor who seemed to be the only voice of reason, and have been arsed to put forward her own ideas, she'd have had more time to facilitate the project. Not meeting with the graphic designer and just telling him to put a couple of things on the box was not only poor, but from a marketing 'expert' it was out of order.

Out of the 3 in the boardroom, Kimberley was the right person to go. However, if she'd have taken in Noorul, who contributes nothing, she'd have been saved and rightly so.

(Oh, and you completely lost the plot in the boardroom. Ridiculous behaviour.)

Good to get that off my chest.

You are majing exactly the same daft mistake Sugar did.

You are assuming that because someone works 'in marketing' that they must be a great creative.

That simply is not the case.

In many industries there are specialist managers who are excellent at manging groups within that industry but have no technical expertise themselves.

Kimberlys honest self appraisal was perfectly acceptable and much better that attempting to do something she felt others could do better.

As I said, they all have to multi-task and being in marketing and dealing with 'creatives' regularly she should have known more than most what was required whether she was a 'creative' or not. She 'manages creatives' apparently which means she is around around the creative side of marketing daily. Kimberley should not have assumed the others are creatives and just expected them to come up with the ideas and just sat back. It turns out the others weren't creatives either and yet still she relied on them rather than even attempting to provide input herself and instead decided to pursue a ridiculously awful idea because there was nothing better on the table. She didn't even try.

In The Apprentice you can't just sit back and say that's not my field. You have to be flexible and at least try.

If you work in marketing managing creatives, you must be able to recognise a good marketing idea - and a bad one, even if you can't come up with one.

Personally Kim was my favourite candidate from the entire series. She had the most honesty and integrity, and was polite and personable to everyone on task. I also thought she was bl**dy gorgeous, but that might just be me.

I think she's getting a bit of a tough ride from some people about accepting this 'pants man' idea. At the end of the day, people forget that there was nothing else on the table, and to say she wasn't trying to think of anything is insane. She even mentioned on You're Fired she had an idea about 'Cosmic Clusters' but by that point it was too late in the day to do anything about it.

Sugar really pisses me off when he tells candidates (like he did to Kim) that they have no substance or they are all for show. I'm sorry, I'd be with him if he was talking about education drop-outs who are working in KFC, but to say that to people who have made decent career progress not to mention make it onto the show is a bit of a silly statement.

Kim, you were ace! Don't let the dementors get you down.

I have to echo the sentiments above really.

It's a real shame your Apprentice experience was cut short so soon Kim. Thought you had serious potential to go far in the competition.

You were one of my favourites.

I've worked with quite a few PM's in my time

A good PM needs to control and direct the group. Kim lacked both of these skills and allowed a vital part of the project, the box design, to be neglected to the point of failure.

Bad PM's do exist and can make a career from it, usually by luck and in some part carried through by other project members who know what they're doing and get on with it.

As for her excuse of not being a creative herself... she seemed to do alright directing the commercial so can't be that un-creative!

I can't see anything contentious in: "And, unfortunately, there wasn’t any romance for me in the penthouse, either. So I’m still single."
