I agree, he's not ugly but I just don't find him physically attractive which makes me somewhat confused about what I like about him.

No you got no problems mate Debra is hot from the inside and outside. She not just some bimbo who flashes a bit of leg in the board room she has a brain and certainly has bulls as Nick and Yasmina could testify to that. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I sure all the female candidate have admirers but for me she is the sexiest, best dressed and most rounded out of all the female candiadates probable in the shows history and there have been stunners.
