I agree Puffle. Marco had said that about Anthea previously that she was consistent but hadn't improved but, as you said, how can you improve on preparing asparagus and fennel?
Even when he put her and Ade on the pass the other evening, Ade immediately took over thus reducing Anthea to status of sous chef but she accepted the role quite gracefully and didn't complain.
She was, indeed, a very hard worker and gave it her all - much more so than Danielle who never, ever worked up a sweat by having to work hard. She merely stayed at the pass with Marco just plating up and I daresay a lot of the others would have welcomed an evening of just doing that but were never given the opportunity.
