Ade WAS my favourite but not any moor
Ade WAS my favourite but not any more - when it began I thought he was fine, very funny but it turns out he is just two faced and very bitchy and a brown noser, he and Danielle go well together.

I know what you mean. When I first heard he was going to be on the programme, I thought great, I want him to win. However, having seen the bitchiness (behind everyone's back) and his obvious desperation to win, I have gone right off him. Last night, he really thought his lamb dish was the best, and was going on about his "reduction", and obviously thought Marco was going to pick it as the best. He is always sucking up to Marco as well, he has really disappointed me.

He never has anything nice to say about anyone and he's so negative about the whole process.
Linda, on the other hand, has just got on with the task in hand, has been pleasant throughout and has been gracious and friendly to everyone. When she says she's having a great time you can tell she means it. |

Ade has actually grown on me. I think he is what he is really, he is very socially able and manages to mask his frustration with people like Anthea to her face, but is gently open about his true feelings with those he trusts. Pretty normal really. And he was honest with Jody about his views. He is a bit bitchy, I must admit, and this has not been a quality I have enjoyed in him. But it is a genuine mild vent of understandable frustration, rather than a bitchiness of character imo.
Do wish he hadn't show quite so much pleasure in Anthea going. Not that gentlemanly. |

I thank god he has been like this - otherwise it'd be very dull everyone massaging each others egos constantly.

I was looking forward to Ade, too but have found him to be very snide and bitchy.
Linda, however, has been a revelation. Had thought she would be a divaesque hollywood star. forever whinging about having to work hard in a hot, noisy environment. Instead she has worked hard throughout the series (putting other stars a third of her age to shame), she has been cheerful, modest, emotional, kind, and very funny. Love it when she falls about laughing! |

I've never known a man behave in such a spiteful manner. His sniping behind people's backs, particularly Anthea and Grant's, has been awful. He really has a vicious tongue.
I actually liked him at the beginning but it didn't take long before he showed his true colours. I just find him nasty and mean spirited. |

Also last night Ade was worried that because he had undercooked the fish, and spilt olive oil on the floor, he would be getting the sack. Then when he found out that Niomi had dropped the veal, he was like "oh so maybe that's worse than what I've done". I don't know if he's trying to be funny, but it's not coming across like that.

Although sometimes Ade's comments are funny, I have gone off him a little bit with his bitchiness. I also think that his behavior has hindered his chances of winning now.
However, Linda has really pleasantly surprised me, she seems really nice and just gets to work. Like Stargazer, I thought she would be a real diva, but she has not come across that way at all. |

Totally agree and what exactly has this guy done since the "young ones"?, apart from the more evident recent skin peel and some juverderm injections anyay, zilch of note. His juvenile humour is so dated and tiresome, look at me, I can act like a really little boy, so what. He had the nerve to call jody a "tosser" too, pot kettle me thinks. |

I love Ade's comments. He's like me a bitch and a gossip.

But isn't that what people are finding funny about him?
![]() He at least puts his comments on video for the world and "my wife" to see. The others are thinking it, even if they don't say it. For all we know Linda can't stand any of them but is a consumate actress and liar. The show would be very boring without Ade. And I suspect he's been asked for his take on the contestants because it's funny. Others would probably sound wingy if they said the same stuff. Mary |

He's an old woman with all that gossiping and backstabbing, he's been like that since day 1.
