Also last night Ade was worried that because he had undercooked the fish, and spilt olive oil on the floor, he would be getting the sack. Then when he found out that Niomi had dropped the veal, he was like "oh so maybe that's worse than what I've done". I don't know if he's trying to be funny, but it's not coming across like that.

Aw, I still like Ade!! I think it would have been a lot duller without him there to stir things up!

I must admit I have gone off him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking maybe I didn't understand his humour, but his bitchiness is horrible.
I really hope Linda wins. I think she will. |

I didn't like Ade's comment about Marco: 'He seems rather well connected for a man from a council estate in Leeds' or words to that effect when MPW was seen talking to Lord Bath and I think the Queen's cousin. I thought it was a snide and unnecessary remark which smacked of middle-class prejudice/bias. He could have left it as 'he seems rather well connected' but he had to refer to MPW's upbringing.
MPW got where he is on hard work and talent, he was not born into advantage like some others and should be congratulated for it not have snidey remarks made

Not liking him. He's petty, petulant, a snob, an attention-seeker, and a generally all-round not particularly nice person. I was wondering when he first appeared on HK why we hadn't seen him on tv for ages. Now I know.
And the very odd thing about him is that I ADORE Jen Saunders and find it very difficult to believe that someone as nice and funny and talented as her could be happily married to this man for all those years.

For sheer sweetness and likeability though, I feel Linda should win. |

Oh my god, this is ridiculous. All his comments are satirical!
I adore Ade. I have for years, I have all his comedy merch, but I love him even more after this. Even fancy him a bit. Hope he wins and then gets loads of offers to make some more great comedy shows. |

He is no worse than you are yourself at making observations if the above remarks are anything to go by.
![]() I give my impressions of him from watching him on HK and you decide I'm incorrect in my observations because, I assume, they don't agree with yours? What an odd way to respond to another person's opinion. You like him, I don't. The end. |

I've found Ade's remarks to be amusing and no worse than anything said on here
![]() It would not have been such an amusing show if he hadn't been in it and the same goes for the Antheas , they were such good value for money , a class act

He's not hurt anyone, or caused any trouble, he's just got on with it and passed comment with added humour, most of which has been said on here at some point.

He's doing just the same, that's the only point I'm making.

See I didn't think it was snide I thought it was just an observation.
Ade is a bit of a b*tch but most of the time is saying what I'm thinking so I'm glad he's been on the show and I think it would have been so dull without him. For sheer sweetness and likeability though, I feel Linda should win. But in this instance I really didn't see the need to refer to 'council estates' and in my opinion it was done in a bit of a snobbish/snidey way. I also feel like Linda should win bearing in mind that she's a lot older than the others and has kept up amazingly! Plus she's never had a bad word to say about anyone, and her confusion with our two different types of English was hilarious. Saying 'w*****r' all time!!!! |
