What a shame. He was great in Hell's Kitchen. Wonder if he will be replaced next year by someone or is that it. Hell's Kitchen over. Loved him . All over papers today about his quitting TV.

Good - bring back Jean-Christophe instead.

Didn't he say that at the end of Hell's Kitchen in 2007??????

He can be lured back....depends on how much and what it is.......

Have faith!!!!!

Maybe have a Junior Hell's Kitchen (like Junior Masterchef), where children between ages of 14 and 17 are in the Kitchen and Marco teaches them, may come across better.......make it regional i.e. after various heats across the country, one representive from each area is chosen i.e. Scotland, N.Ireland, Wales, NWest, NEast, Midlands, SEast/Anglia, SWest - that would make 8 for the Kitchen. Winning person overall gets an "apprenticeship" at one of Marco's restauraunts.

That way Marco would be contributing something back into the catering industry, which is what he wants to do after all.

Hmmm, I wonder... if Marco really does leave, might they bring Angus back? I like Claudia on shows like Strictly's It Takes Two but I think I preferred Angus on Hell's Kitchen - he does the snide comments better.

No to Jean-Christophe as a replacement - he bores me to tears! Raymond Blanc is so much better, although I think he's suited to something softer like The Restaurant.

Would that be Chopping Block which has already been axed in America?

Yeah, Marco's said this before! I really hope he does another series, if there is another, as he is- without a doubt- the true Hell's Kitchen chef! (geddit? )

If they got Gordon back, I couldn't watch it. He's far too predictable. At least Marco is slightly mad, so I'm never quite sure what he's going to say...

I'm quite sure he'll say "Tonight....someone...will be sacked." He'll say it about 10 times.

Ha, okay, apart from that!

But 'Go back to Surrey'? Gordon couldn't pull that one off!
