Only one I've really liked in Linda. Ade makes me laugh, but he's married to Jennifer Saunders so not everything is great ;o)

No Danielle wasn't nasty, she just got a bit carried away with all the praise from Marco. The only person I REALLY didn't like was Jody.

So glad Linda is through - really hope she wins. I liked Danielle too and wouldn't have minded her in the final with Linda.

I didn't dislike Danielle (although my faves were always Linda and Bruce) but the editing of her VTs in the last couple of shows hasn't done her any favours, as she came across as quite big-headed in them. I wouldn't go so far as to say that she is actually big-headed or full of herself, given that I don't actually know her personally, but unfortunately for her, it's certainly how the most recent VTs made her appear. In any case, I'm happy with the two finalists - though I'd prefer Linda to win.

I am delighted with the result. Danielle should have been sacked long ago.

I think what probably annoyed Marco the most about that little incident is after all the time they've spent together, how they've gotten to know each other, she got pissy over something as tiny and pathetic as that. She should really be embarassed with herself.

I didn't see why she should get so annoyed with Marco over the trifle thing. It was a joke wasn't it?

When Marco asked her what she wanted to name the trifle, I immediately thought she'd name it after her little girl. Although on the other hand, I suppose it's not surprising she wouldn't name a dish she doesn't like after her daughter

Danielle was very offhand and disinterested in her interview- glad she's gone. And how was the surname thing down to 'mishearing' each other?!

That's exactly what I thought. We never saw this slightly huffy and easily offended side of her character when Marco was in charge of the sackings It seems to me that she's been playing a game through this series and not showing her true colours but when Marco forgot/didn't know her surname it really rattled her - probably because it pointed out to her that she's not a real celebrity after all Just a WAG. And before anyone points out that Lineker is an-EX footballer, her daughters Father is a footballer and she's had a relationship with another one! She's a WAG

I am glad she went as I like Ade and Linda better but she was a nice enough girl. I am lost at why she is so disliked on here.

I agree. Danielle is nice. I think that silly business over the name was just because she was tired out and stressed. Also the programme makers edit - she hadn't shown the slightest bit of nastiness before so they obviously latched onto that.

Danielle did very well to get that far, I would never have anticipated it at the beginning of the programme. I wouldn't have minded her in the final as I have gone off Ade somewhat, however he is good in the kitchen which is I suppose what counts.
