Someone in another thread tried to liken the firing to Shazia's...true, Shazia may have turned out perhaps as useless over the course, but I agree with OP...didn't see a use in Mona at all. Her card was marked the next time she was in the boardroom after week 1. Just took a while...I had her down to go in week 2 actually, but their team won.
