Yes it has. I can't link it for some reason but it appears at 2:58. A curse over a wrong backing vocal.

The swearing in Hey Jude is not a myth, it's true and it occurs at around 3:00 in the song. Sorry, I've forgotten how to post a music link on DS

Also, the backing vocals in girl are 'tit tit tit tit' and Penny Lane has a reference to 'finger pie', another norty term

Yes, I think it sounds like John Lennon who says 'f*ckin' ell' before the last "to make it bet-ter, better, better, better, better better.....ohhhh....yeah yeah yeah yeah... nana na na...etc" but if the article says Paul then it's probably him.

You can hear it quite distinctly. I bought the 'blue album' when I was about 12 in 1982 and I could hear it on my Walkman.

Edit-just played it on youtube (not a good copy though...hopefully you can find one that plays it clearer) and it occurs at about 3mins 02/03 seconds. Just found another one and it's 2 mins 59, so it is around the 3min mark.

Just listened to it out of curiosity. I had to turn the volume up but it's there. A bit muffled as off mike but definitely there.

Quorn was invented after Hey Jude was recorded.

After 1966 The Beatles' songs occasionally included various sound effects and mutterings. The band liked the random feel of them and often let mistakes stay on the finished product. At the very end of Strawberry Fields Forever John mumbles 'cranberry sauce' twice. The white album probably has the most of these effects.
