I wonder if anyone can offer any advice about this, a few months ago a friend of mine phoned up BT and asked to be put on the Anytime package and on a monthly payment plan, she was previously on the evening and weekend package and quarterly bill.
Today BT took her quarterly bill out of her account (admittedly she should have checked her bank statements before now, but she's not very efficient that way) anyway she phoned BT not only have they not put her on the monthly payment plan but they also haven't put her on the Anytime package, so she's been merrily making calls in the daytime not realising that she was being charged for them. She has an order reference number but BT say that it is not a reference number that they have issued, I was in the room at the same time that the order was made so I know that they definately said the order was made.
Any help appreciated

I'd suggest a PM to BT Support on this forum or, better still, to BT Company Representative - who's officially registered on the www.moneysavingexpert.com Home Phones forum.
