I remember they had another song called Cryptic Soul Crew with the classic lines BODY ROCK TO THE BEAT YO.And the grunge surf rock on Feelin Alright and the Smash Mouth stlyle video.

I've got that on cassette single somewhere or other. It was proper old skool rap. A real change from 'Steal My Sunshine'.

I remember it! I used to really like it. When did it come out? It must have been late 90's because I'm only 17. I can't believe the crap songs I used to love. That Eiffel 65 song about the blue aliens was another favourite of mine

Yeah I found my old CD of the single sometime last summer and its been on my Playlist since then. Great song

Although I don't normally like songs that rip off others, Len made use of a small sample of Andrea True Connection's More More More quite effectively. I also preferred Steal My Sunshine to cover versions of More More More by Bananarama or Rachel Stevens.
