I seem to have come across quite tetchy in my recent posts - I think it's because I won't get my nightly Marco fix after tonight!!

I know I have recorded stuff, but it is not quite the same!!!

I wish Marco could take over Masterchef from John Torode and Greg Wallace - with Nick replacing Greg, it would be miles better.

Can't stand Torode and Wallace!!!!

If you get ITV2 there's some American programme with him starting at 10pm. It's called The Chopping Block and 4 couples are competing to run their own restaurant for something It might help with you through your Marco withdrawal symptoms :

I disagree. These two work well really well on Masterchef because they're relatively low key and they allow the competitors to be the focus of the show. Not really a Marco-type gig imo.

I'd be happy to see him doing something else regularly but something new and innovative, not some lame old copycat Ramsay thing.

Yes I'd like to see Marco do something like 'The Great British Feast' again, but sadly, I've read that he no longer wants to do any more TV.

I'd imagine that he is using that as a negotiating tactic to get more money out of ITV. Simon Cowell has done it more than once to success.

Hmmm... Marco is not Mr Cowell.

Why would he need to make money from TV shows when he already has several successful restaurants?
