If Marco doesn't come back to do HK, what chef should take his place? |

Heston bloomin' Blumenthal would probably jump at the chance, he seems to be cropping up everywhere at the moment.
Personally I wouldn't mind if Marco's mate Raymond Blanc has a shot at it, I don't think he'd be interested though. Hasn't he just had a restaurant closed down by the Health and Safety ? |

John Burton Race could be interesting.
I'm really hoping Marco reconsiders, though. |

Agreed, I think JBR fits the bill, not as well as Marco, naturally, but he'd be interesting. Only if he did less telly though leading up to the series. Marco doesn't do a great deal of television, so when he does, it's a rare treat!

No it's not been closed down, infact last week The Fat Duck was voted the 2nd best restaurant in the World.

So?HE shut it down after people became ill and that was back in Feb. It's open now and was never "shut down" by anyone other than Heston. |

So for who will host, it will probably be Marco and Claudia again.

They might as well get Tony for Hollyoaks to host the next series. He knows how to throw a tantrum.
