I have looked in Tesco and ASDA and neither seem to be selling Blue Cheese salad dressing this year. Has anyone seen it anywhere? It used to be one of the most popular dressings.

Home made would taste better if you can't find it. Easy too.

170 g sour cream
315 ml mayonnaise
5 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 g dry mustard
1 g garlic powder
3 g salt
1 g ground black pepper
115 g blue cheese, crumbled

Mix up first 7 ingredients, then stir in cheese, cover and put in the fridge for 24 hours.

Thanks, I will look in Sainsburys. I thought I had looked there but maybe I missed it.
As for making it myself, maybe I will try it one day. The only trouble is that it will not keep and I like to have it ready and waiting in the fridge.

Thanks for that - what does 1g equate to - a pinch, teaspoon???
