Does anyone remember the full list of ingredients?

Olive oil, tomato ketchup, worcester sauce, tabasco, chervil, chives. Thats all I can remember.

Plus vinegar, I think. Was there any tarragon in it?

Yes white wine vinegar, I can't recollect him using tarragon though.
