Cooking pig's liver and sardines
I've never cooked liver before so I've googled for ideas but I thought I'd ask here as well as there seems to be differing advice.
So can someone please tell me what's the best way to cook pig's liver and is it ok to cook quickly? Also fresh sardines, are they best grilled? |

Soak in milk for about half an hour. Pat dry, dust with seasoned flour, dry in butter and oil until cooked but still pink in the middle.
