Meat in freezer question
We defrosted some mince today that was in the freezer for a few weeks to make chilli for the dinner tonight, but there is loads of meat and sauce left over. As it has been cooked would it be okay to freeze it again and have at a later date?

That's fine. I always do something like that.
It's re-freezing thawed but uncooked meat that's a small problem. |

Sounds good - will you be using the jar method or making your own? If making your own what's the recipe?
