Once again, Margaret's column gives an insight into the task, but it does let on some of the hidden items that they should spot - so avoid it if you don't like to know anything before the show.

It does sound as though it could be one of the most memorable boardrooms

My favourite quote from Margaret is "I found it a tough task as well. Following the candidates as they criss-crossed London was both exasperating and exhausting. My feet were aching by the end, which is why the selling task is always my least favourite task – I hate it!"

Sounds like a great show tonight! The boardroom scenes sound particularly exciting - I can't wait.

Uh-oh. Offering to go into the boardroom is a straight firing with Trump. Wonder how Sir Alan will react to it.

Sounds good though.

This bit made my mind boggle:

"There’s also an Apprentice first: the losing team leader changes his mind about which candidates he wants to take back into the boardroom for the final firing. Then, even more astoundingly, one candidate volunteers for the role – saying, “Take me in with you!” – so keen are they to fight it out with the project manager in front of Sir Alan. The candidates appear to mistake the boardroom for a saloon bar in a Western. "

I cannot wait!

I'm intrigued by this part:

'We’re used to the candidates trading insults but tonight one of them is rude and abusive to Nick – not a wise move in front of Sir Alan'

I can't wait! Isn't that like boardroom suicide?

So the losing team leader says "I want to take X and Y into the boardroom" but presumably Z says something that make the team leader change their mind??

Ben and Philip have both got away with very aggressive behaviour in the BR. They probably believe they are somehow above the normal rules of polite and civilised behaviour there.

Sugar might put up with it when they do it to fellow candidates but he won't let it go when it's directed at the other side of the table.

Doesn't sound like invisible Noorul will get the push then. I think it is starting to look like Lorraine.

Here's how it might happen:

Let's say for the sake of argument that Empire lose and Ben brings James and Kate (?) into the boardroom

1. Assume that it's Ben's fault that they lost the task.
2. James start to try and to explain why Ben caused them to lose but before he can start Ben doesn't let him get a word in edgeways and goes off a rant.
3. Nick tries to contradict something that Ben is saying.
4. Ben tells to Nick "be quiet" or something similar.

I'm starting to think that it's Phillip who goes and not Nooral after all... I could see Lorraine being the one who would want to go in the boardroom with Phillip. I can't see anyone else on Empire wanting too.

If that is the case this may be the week that Lorraine grasses up Phil and Kate which may in turn be the cause of someone mouthing off at Nick

Judging by Noorul's previous annoyed reactions to being singled out, then one more comment from Nick to Siralun like "I think Noorul's contribution to this task was very limited" may cause Noorul to snap!

However, the thought of Phillip going does quite excite me I must say. But even if Ben and Phillip were at their worst, I still think I'd be hoping for Noorul to be shown the door. My motto in life is 'Something's better than nothing!'

Yes, Phil and Kate may actually be the reason why she would offer to go in the boardroom.

Considering Nick was the one who followed Empire, the person being Ben or Nooral snapping at Nick does seem more likely but that doesn't explain why Debra, Yasmina, Nooral or James would offer to go in the boardroom with Ben. They don't seem like the type.

Maybe the mouthing off at Nick happens when both teams are in the boardroom and before the result is announced.

She does seem to dislike Philip more than Ben.

I'm starting to think maybe its Noorul who snaps at Nick - especially as Nick has been very "anti-Noorul" with his comments this year, both during, and after the show.

Excuse me, who is this Noorul?

I can't quite remember having seen him before...
