Ridiculous man, looks like a shaved owl with his big flat face and pointy little nose. The worst thing that could happen to him is that he wins the apprentice, the only point of being young and arrogant is to have it beaten out of you by experience leaving confidence and wisdom.
Ben is deeply unattractive. The looks are neither here nor there (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that), but his personality makes him a very unattractive person.

Yeah, he did say something about gunfire, but he said he didn't go to Sandhurst, so maybe he's had some other kind of army experience?
