Best programme ever made? Best episode of the Apprentice ever? Best episode of the series so far?

I need specifics...

I would say it was one of the best episodes of The Apprentice in a while. Not quite the best program ever.

I'm a relatively new viewer, I only started watching about 3 weeks into the last series. Tonights was the most entertaining by far

One of my favourite ever episodes (I've watched Series 3 onwards).

My favourite episode is still the Series 3 episode where they are on the shopping channel selling their items though. That was hilarious - Simon bouncing on that trampoline

Margaret was the stand out, everything else was a bit flat IMO.

Probably the best this series so far. That's not saying much though. Episodes 1-4 were pretty bad. Episode 5 was good though.

There were many episodes from series 4 that were better though. It's counterpart, from series 4 was much better I thought, with the kosher incident, the double-firing, Jenny's bribing so that Lucinda couldn't get her rackets strung (why did she hate her so much?), and Sara's redemption, after she got yelled by almost all her fellow contestents simultaneously the previous episode.

This episode was certainly the best of this series so far though, if only, thanks to James!

Not as good as the kosher chicken episode last season - that was the best. Plus the evil one - Jenny - got fired. No fun tonight - Ben and Debra stayed!

Michael - Yes I'm a good Jewish boy

SAS - Well if you're unsure you can always take your trousers down so we can check

Best of the series so far - but this is a pretty flat series.

Debra was the standout in the boardroom. Yelling at Nick like that, lmao. It was also nice to see her smack Ben down big time. He was terrified of her.

None of the episodes this series have stood out for me.

Marrakech and France are still my favourites.

If anything, I think everyone from the candidates to the panel to production are trying too hard this time. The drama is somewhat contrived.

I love the Cassandra line. She is so droning that even when she gets something right people are so fed up of her voice they just tune her out.

I don't know what everyone seems to be raving on about. The boardroom was brilliant yes, and the best boardroom of this series yes. The task itself though wasn't that good. After the radiotimes reviews I was expecting another Marakesh but I was left saying at the end of the task "was that it?" I preferred last week's personally.

There again, I did miss the first 5-10 minutes so perhaps that's it.

Even the boardroom was predictable.

Everyone shouts over one another, Sir Alan pulls a face like he's getting a migraine and the quiet one gets the boot.

Judging by the look on Alan Sugar's face, he hadn't a clue what Margaret meant about Cassandra!

O tempora! O mores!
(Roughly translated: I think Hackney isn't what it used to be.)

He was probably thinking she meant Cassandra in Only Fools and Horses - Phillip does look a bit like Rodney (you plonker!).

Sir Alan also reminds me of Delboy - with Nick as Uncle Albert and Margaret as Raquel. Ben is clearly the evil Damian.

Preferred the last 2 weeks. But the boardroom was excellent!

A good eppy, but nowhere near the best for me. However, in terms of character and context it did have one of the best scenes. Meek, milk-toast, cry-baby, heart-on-sleeve James, telling Sandhurst, Macho-boy, Ben that "basically, you shat yourself". Priceless

Absolutely - he looked totally bewildered.

Well done Margaret for making that comparison. Lorraine does have a remarkable ability of making the right predictions although she was wrong when she said she thought it would be Debra who would get fired.

I thought it was definitely the best episode this series. Although the task looked like it was engineered to be almost impossible to do.

Up to this point I haven't really liked Debra and I've refused to believe that she is actually only 24 With all the extra make-up she puts on and her ice-queen demeanor I thought she was the oldest girl. Infact she's the youngest by far.
However in the boardroom I could finally see her age in the way she spoke and her attitude, it was very chav. I got a mental picture of Vicky Pollard sat there talking to Nick "Oh my god I soooooooooooooooooooooooo can't believe you just said that so just shat up because you know nothing yeah........"

I actually want to see her make the end now.
