Ben!

And Philip is on stand-by as my least favourite if/when Ben gets fired.

It's a battle between the moronic team leaders, but Ben wins by a mile.

He is as ridiculous as he is annoying. A truly useless and deluded individual. Put him in a plastic tub and Gillian McKeith would study him.

Philip is a tit too, with his stubborn nature and misguided confidence in his own opinions, but there is an ounce of likability about him on occasion. Ben couldn't be more dislikable even if he was made from cancer and dog vomit.

Ben. Still can't stand him. And he should have been fired.

Ben!

I could see why people would say Phil, but I just think he strops too much, at least he's a hard worker. Ben is just up himself.

Ben. What a k**b. Did you know he had a scholarship to Sandhurst (didn't go though, did he?)!

When he was banging on about being in the middle of explosions, bombs going off etc., I had to wonder if it was all a wind up. He obviously doesn't know what a t**t he comes across as.

Phillip is my next least favourite. Occasionally he redeems himself, but he still needs to go after Ben.

Phil - he used to be my favourite but he's shown himself to be a bully, a poor leader and incompetent at most tasks. Ben is horrible to everyone and full of arrogance, but Phil reserves his worse elements for Lorraine which makes him a bully and that's why I dislike him more.
