What was the point in the final three showdown?

It was pretty darn obvious that Noorul was toast .. SAS couldn't wait to fire the guy. Golden boy Ben could have pulled his trousers down at Margaret and said, "Check out the biggest todger in Sandhurst" and still would have stayed.

It was all very predictable.

And the boardroom 'fights' are all the same these days.

I think I'm slowly going off The Apprentice.

Lol....so true. It seems no matter how good or bad some perform on the tasks, SA already has his sights on his favourites.

Agreed. It's like a repeat of that old series Crown Court.

I agree. I've been waiting for Noorul to be fired since it started because he has been almost non-exsistant. However a poor performance in a task followed up by a dreadful defense in the boardroom (Noorul wiped the floor with him) should always lead to a firing, no matter who else is in there with you. No way Ben should've walked out of there.

I thought Noorul going was fair enough. He has been poor in most weeks and was an awful project manager. Ben has been fairly poor as well and if it was anyone else other than Noorul he would have gone but he has been marginally more impressive than Noorul as at least he can has solds things on some of the tasks they have been on.

Ben is just about the weakest left overall but If he puts in one mildly impressive showing his stock could rise as the candidates have all been ordinary thus far. Even the ones who had some impressive weeks like Lorraine, Phillip, Debra and Yasmina have had some equally bad weeks. Then you got Mona and James who have faded into the background and Howard and Kate who have had some good weeks and done nothing really bad yet.

It makes sense to get rid off the most inactive candidates, this is all Sugar is doing. Nearly all of the fired candidates so far have been the least active or the ones least likely to convince Sugar of their passion for the job. Ben is pretty much hopeless, and it's made worse by arrogant inability to see how crap he is most of the time but he does try most of the time and stands out. Noorul never stood out so Sugar got rid of him.

I think Sugar values two traits in any prospective candidate:

1) Passion during the task - trying your best even if you make a mess of it. He doesn't like quiet candidates. He perceives them as lazy.

2) Fighting your corner in the boardroom. He may think Debra is a loudmouth but he may admire her for standing her ground.

I'm sure she already knows he's the biggest d**k on the programme, there's no need for him to drop his pants.
