Howard and Kate are the strongest candidates IMO

We haven't seen a lot of Howard yet so it's hard to tell. I thought Kate did very well last week as PM and I don't think it was luck. She handled the team very well.

I agree that Kate is a strong candidate - probably the strongest on what we've seen to date. Howard we've not seen much of, but he seems to be doing well when we do see him. Yasmina is very capable, and might be a bit more focused on quality in real business, where repeat business matters.

Lorraine is astute about some things as we saw last night, but she can't sell or present well. Debra is capable too, though probably a bit of a nightmare to work with!

Ben and Philip are egotistical twits. On the evidence of last year one of them will probably win Mona seems little more use than Noorul.

The real enigma is James. I'm really not sure how he's going to do.

But Lee was much more likable than Ben or Philip.

It seems that the only people here who like those two are those who fancy them.

Lee could be likeable, but not always. I'm afraid his part in that ugly little scene with Sara after Kevin's firing still looms very large in my memories of him.

Yes, that really was his 'darkest hour'.

Apart from being unnecessarily nasty it didn't even seem to be justified.

I agree, but at least he praised Sara's work ethic in the following task so was able to see where he was wrong...

True. I don't think he'd worked with Sara up to then, so he had no reason not to swallow the poison Jenny was assiduously pouring in everyone's ears. But really, since he didn't have any first-hand knowledge it would have been a good time for him to keep out of it.

Sorry, going a bit OT.

I think all the women bar Mona are stronger than Howard. After Debra, Yasmina and Kate (in whichever order I can't quite decipher who is better yet) I think it goes James then Howard then Phil and then maybe Mona then Ben.

Out of the girls, i would say that Kate and Yasmina are the strongest.”

I think it is edited so that we don't get to see kate and Howard as much because they are the likeliest to be in the final and I bet over the next few weeks we see more and more.

Yasmina, James and Kate for me! All very good candidates and genuinely likeable people. I hope these three at least make the "interviews" episode.

I don't think any of them are good candidates. None of them have done anything to impress me at all.
