I know it's hard when it seems like she's been shot down all the time but if she can't hold her own and stand her ground, then she's not looking too hot a candidate for the dog-eat-dog world of Alan Sugar's business.”
But once the vultures here take a dislike to someone they can do no right.
If she persists she's a negative harpie who undermines the team leader and brings the team spirit down.
If she makes her point and then gets on with the task she's not standing her ground.
I was very pleased to see that both Margaret and AS seemed to appreciate that she had tried to make an important contribution and it was no fault of hers that it was ignored,
AS particularly likes it when he can see candidates have taken his advice and this was very clear when Lorraine explained that she'd played down the negativity.
