Last night's episode had Sir Alan seeing off Nooral with some comment aimed to any future employer of Nooral ..."I hope he keeps the receipt."

He's done this a few times now with the unsuccessful candidates, and to me, it seems a little unfair to give such a damning reference on primetime TV, such a juicy soundbite could scupper any chances of further employment.
Ok, they weren't right for Sir Alan, but these people all display good qualities for other jobs. It seems an unnecessary kick to a downed man.

It does seem completely unnecessary.

And the way Sugar talks about the people he's sacked often makes him look stupid because he generalises about a person based on some specific fault that would not be a problem in many lines of work.

I doubt that the candidates need to worry, though as it's very improbable that anyone would take much notice of what he says if they were looking for an employee.

Noorul is a chemistry teacher. To all intents and purposes, he's a good chemistry teacher. He's never going to get a job in a commercial environment - he'll never be a buyer, a seller or a marketing guru. So, it probably won't damage his future career, but it was also a pointless comment to make. If his teaching ability is as good as he says it is, he will always be able to get a job as a chemistry teacher. Whether he will ever pursue a higher profession than a chemistry teacher is unlikely. Why he applied to be on The Apprentice is bewildering.

His parting comments (and even moreso the ones he gave on You're Fired) about Kimberly seemed even more off base. She came off really well on You're Fired and it totally changed my impression of her.

These comments seem a new idea for this series..aimed at providing a "sound bite" but yet another example of his unnecessary rudeness... and he complains about someone insulting Nick!!

Nick said some really nice things about him on You're Fired to make up for it though, fulfilling his role as Siralluns PR Chap.

I do think he does say some horrible things, it's fair enough to give an insight as to why they weren't right for the job but there's no need to get personal.
